Requirements description

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of a System Analyst.

• Collaboration with the business to identify business and system requirements.

• Ability to create functional specifications and wireframes.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology, specifically working in SCRUM.

• Knowledge of IT solutions, as well as methodologies, standards, and tools related to software development.

• Ability to identify and visualize dependencies and relationships between applications or system components.

• Collaboration with developers, supported by tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Practical knowledge of the manual testing process.

• Experience in UML, BPMN, Wireframing.

• Ability to design a user interface that meets business requirements.

• Experience in working with user interface design tools, e.g. Adobe XD, Figma, Axure.

• Accuracy and ability to validate the prepared solution

• Experience with requirements and issue management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

• Fluent English (C1)

• Willingness to work in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and collaborate within a team.

• Proactive approach to tasks.

• Ability to facilitate workshops involving multiple stakeholders.

1. ​Translating business requirements into functional and UI specifications in cooperation with UX designers.
2. Preparing products of analysis, proposing functional solutions, and technological solutions in collaboration with architects.
3. Direct collaboration with developers and system architects.
