  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience or educational background in the online advertising or marketing field is a plus.

Remote Customer Support Associate with Turkish

In this role, you will deliver high-quality customer service via email, chat, and phone channels to our high-profile clients, who specialize in internet-based search and video-sharing platforms.

Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets.
