Job Description

Slim Chickens in Minot is hiring a dependable and proactive Night Manager to oversee evening operations and lead our closing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is ready to take ownership of the nightly guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nightly operations, including shift transitions and closing procedures
• Provide leadership and support to night shift team members, ensuring productivity and morale
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and health regulations
• Manage nightly cash handling, inventory counts, and operational reporting
