At least 5 years of experience in implementing, modernizing, or configuring LAN/WAN network systems., Minimum 2 years of experience in the operational management of network engineers., Strong interpersonal skills — this role involves close collaboration with the team and regular contact with clients., Solid knowledge of Fortinet (including FortiNAC), as well as Aruba and Cisco solutions, confirmed by vendor certifications., High level of professionalism, personal culture, and commitment, Ability to work independently and take ownership., Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines., Polish and English proficiency at B2 level or higher., Knowledge of VMware (NSX) and Software-Defined Networking (SDN)., Certifications in Palo Alto, Check Point, or Stormshield technologies.
