This role focuses on trade monitoring, reporting, matching, and settlement, and requires strong communication skills to work efficiently with multiple internal and external stakeholders.What You’ll Do Process Middle Office activities for investment funds, including confirmation and settlement of client instructions and resolving discrepancies across platforms Support client inquiries and provide transaction reporting and related operational services Build strong relationships with Brokers, Custodians, Oversight teams, and internal partners Send and monitor settlement instructions to custodian banks Identify and implement improvements to existing processes Support colleagues in problem-solving and ensuring service continuity Take ownership of non-standard issues and client-reported queries What You Bring Professional level of English 2–3 years’ experience in the financial sector, ideally within capital markets Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proactive mindset with a willingness to speak up and drive improvements Good MS Office skills Nice to have: SWIFT knowledge, project management experience, finance/banking degree
