Proven experience in marketing leadership, ideally in a growing company or multi-market environment., A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution – we need someone who can plan but also get things done., Solid knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing, including brand management, performance marketing, and communications., Experience in working across different markets, understanding how to adapt marketing to local needs., Fluent English (Polish or Slovak is a plus)., Passion for sustainability and e-mobility – we are looking for someone who genuinely believes in what we do.
