Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer/technician in the manufacturing industry or similar maintenance activities., Minimum of a high school education in a technical field (electrical or automation)., Valid electrical certification in the country of employment (independent electrician level)., Strong practical technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, heating, and pneumatic systems., Ability to troubleshoot various types of equipment., Ability to read technical drawings and circuit diagrams., Good business communication skills for interaction with service providers., Flexibility and problem-solving skills., English language proficiency at B2 level., Polish language proficiency at C1 level., Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables (mandatory)., Experience with PLC programming is an advantage.
