Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with a focus on Logistics, Professional experience in Order Fulfillment, Returns, or Service Logistics Operations, preferably within an international organization, Proven experience with SAP, Office 365; familiarity with logistics-relevant MRP systems, Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including transportation, warehousing, and returns handling, Practical experience with LEAN principles and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., value stream mapping), Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different functions and levels, Fluent in English (mandatory); additional European languages are a strong advantage for regional collaboration, High degree of self-motivation, initiative, and accountability, Excellent organizational skills and a strong customer orientation, Team player with an open mindset and passion for collaboration, Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently, Structured, analytical thinking with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
