Solid experience as an in-house counsel in a multinational organisation or as an associate in a reputable law firm., Hands-on experience with foreign law-governed English-language contracts, providing commercial legal advice, drafting and negotiating in the English language., Fluent English., Excellent verbal and written communication skills., Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, escalating concerns appropriately., High level of self-direction and demonstration of good judgment., Ability to create and deliver practical solutions that appropriately balance commercial objectives and legal risks., Ability to independently manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously., Prior relevant experience in the financial services sector, including with respect to insurance regulations and laws.
