Spend the majority of your time coding innovative features while also structuring team processes for maximum productivity and impact. Bring AI into every aspect of engineering, from coding assistance and code reviews to proactive metric monitoring. Drive best practices, including clean coding standards, automated testing (TDD), and robust CI/CD pipelines. Maintain the stability, scalability, and high-performance standards of Inflektion’s platform. Requirements: Proven leadership in agile software teams, ideally with experience leading senior developers. Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL or PostgreSQL, and front-end frameworks (preferably Angular). Previous experience in building AI-integrated systems, ideally RAG architectures and vector databases. Skilled in leveraging AI for coding, reviews, and monitoring. Experienced in maintaining rapid feature delivery without compromising stability.
