Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Applied Mechanics or related field, Experience in structural FEM analysis in aerospace, turbomachinery or comparable high-reliability industries, Good understanding of structural mechanics, strength of materials and fatigue fundamentals, Hands-on experience with commercial FEM tools (e.g. ANSYS, Patran, Abaqus, HyperWorks – HyperMesh / HyperView, or equivalent), Ability to independently create meshes, define boundary conditions and evaluate analysis results, Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
