Stanowisko to podlega:

Financial Controller

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update forecasting models, identify trends, and highlight any discrepancies in financial analyses. Your role will also involve reviewing cost centers, managing rebates and accruals, analyzing margins, costs, and backlog, as well as performing cash flow analysis. Additionally, you will support balance sheet reviews and provide backup in reconciliations, all while ensuring data accuracy in systems like ABACUS.

This role is contributing to the Financial Planning and Analysis Team Leader in Kraków. Main stakeholders include the Financial Controllers from the Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing monthly closing activities including: cost center review, accruals/prepayments and provisions calculation, warranty provisions/rebates calculation and booking, WIP review
• Preparing inputs for financial reporting package
• Validating the accuracy of financial data, business information and reports by performing reconciliations and reviews
• Performing orders backlog reporting and analyzing orders received, revenue and margins
• Analyzing billing due, inventories and stock obsolescence, travel expenses, headcount etc. and preparing correction if needed
• Supporting internal controls execution and audit, Balance Sheet review, supporting Cash flow review
• Working with key members of the business to identify areas for improvement and to propose corrective actions, supporting ad-hoc requests from the Local Business Divisions Controllers
• Supporting financial planning processes and activities (e.g., group and country financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting)
• Contributing to the Financial Planning & Analysis initiatives to achieve excellence in financial controlling and the improvement of controlling processes and tools
• Facilitating sharing of knowledge and best practices within the Finance community

Qualifications:

• You enjoy working with file improvements, projects, and standardizing processes
• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in Controlling, Reporting or Accounting
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of financial analysis, balance sheet review, reconciliations, accruals, margins and costs, as well as cash flow
• Good knowledge in Excel
• Degree in Finance, Controlling or equivalent area
• You are at ease communicating in English
• You hold current VISA/work permit valid in Poland
