Junior Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re hiring students for junior finance roles – Accounts Payable.

(no experience needed – we’ll teach you everything from scratch)

Looking to get your first experience in finance and work directly with US-based clients? We’re opening a junior spot on our Accounts Payable team.

Experience isn’t required. If you’ve done anything finance-related before, cool. If not – we’ll teach you everything from zero.

What do we need from you?

✔ Solid English – you’ll be emailing and calling US clients daily.

What will you be doing?

• Processing incoming vendor invoices
• Verifying invoice accuracy (rates, dates, supporting docs, PODs, etc.)
• Matching invoices with internal data and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing payments and making sure everything’s approved and documented
• Updating records and keeping the AP system clean and up to date
• Communicating with vendors and carriers to clarify missing or incorrect details
• Monitoring deadlines so payments go out on time

Our requirements

We don’t expect years of experience, but there are a few things that will help you feel comfortable in this role:

• Communicative English – written and spoken (you’ll be talking to US clients regularly)
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills – nothing fancy, just knowing your way around spreadsheets
• Attention to detail – accuracy matters when dealing with invoices and numbers
• Willingness to learn – we’ll show you the ropes, but you need to want to get better every day
• Good communication skills – you’ll be writing emails, making calls, asking questions, solving issues
• Availability to work afternoons (Mon–Fri)
