Unik System Design delivers software products for the housing/property management industry. The products are marked leading in Denmark.Unik Bolig is the leading housing ERP system in Denmark with a market share of around 70%. The product suite contains everything from property management, facility management, rent collection, full finance system, task tracking and tenant service portals. The new SaaS platform will re-place the existing product offering. The new product will be delivered from their “hybrid cloud” consisting of an Azure local stack connected to Azure. You’ll take ownership of the architectural vision, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and long-term technical health. While you work closely with development teams, you operate outside the Scrum teams — setting the guardrails, not running the sprints.You’ll be the one connecting long-term technical vision with day-to-day implementation. The teams will look to you for clarity, consistency, and confidence in the system’s evolution.
