You’ll take ownership of the architectural vision, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and long-term technical health. While you work closely with development teams, you operate outside the Scrum teams — setting the guardrails, not running the sprints.You’ll be the one connecting long-term technical vision with day-to-day implementation. The teams will look to you for clarity, consistency, and confidence in the system’s evolution.
