The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex data migration processes as well as managing a large team of specialists.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end data migration projectsManage a team of 20+ professionals – assigning tasks, setting priorities, and overseeing schedulesDesign and implement data migration strategies using Informatica IDMC and PowerCenterCollaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistencyMonitor project progress, provide status reporting, and resolve ongoing project issuesImplement best practices in Data Governance (nice to have)Ensure compliance of migration processes with regulatory requirements and quality standardsRequirements:Proven experience in data migration projectsHands-on expertise with Informatica IDMCExperience managing teams of 20+ peopleKnowledge of Informatica PowerCenterMinimum 15 years of experience as a Developer and/or ArchitectFamiliarity with Data Governance is an assetImportant: This role requires on-site presence in Zurich, Monday to Friday
