Design, estimate, document, and implement enhancements or new solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on CRM projects. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and external parties. Organize and conduct training sessions, demos, and workshops. Test, review, and ensure code quality across CRM implementations.
Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations to team members.
Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE Experience with system customizations: Forms, Web Resources, Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript / TypeScript. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure: Web Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Web Services. Proficiency in .Net, ASP.Net Visual Studio. Familiarity with Angular, HTML/XHTML, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML/XSL and web services.
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Nice to have: Experience with Power Pages Knowledge of Customer Service and Customer Journeys within Dynamics 365.
