Responsibilities: Implementation of customer requirements, including project initiation, planning, coordination, execution, documentation, monitoring, and closure. Communication with central IT & Automation (e.g., ABIT, workflows). Support in IT projects. Software installation and user software support. Organization of relocations Procurement of computer hardware, including technical management and ordering. Recording, maintenance, and updating of time data for assigned employees. Substitution for other time data managers from P/S. User and authorization management. 1st-level support (user hotline and shared mailbox). Work with Notification tool and job monitoring. Use of Audit & Compliance Tool (Accenture). Batch input for infotypes. Locking users per domain and per security concept. User adjustments, system setup, error analysis, troubleshooting. Handling of assigned and unassigned tickets. Participation in departmental meetings. Independent learning and continuous knowledge development. Electronic dispatch of payroll documents (pay slips, supplements, time records, password assignment). Archiving in DMS (D3). Creation of evidence for ITGC 1.1.X, 1.2, 1.3, 2.X, and 8.2. ABAP incl. SQL, Dynpro, and BAdI. Dynpro extension. Requirements: University or technical college degree. Professional experience in relevant areas. Knowledge of REFA, SAP, PC user skills, operational knowledge, and professional expertise. Result Orientation – acts purposefully and achieves agreed goals.
