Driving change, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless project execution.Duties Lead medium and large Salesforce projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed implementation plans Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while monitoring KPIs Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels Conduct steering committees and present to C-level executives Work with data and prepare detailed project reports Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Challenge both team and client assumptions to maximize business value Independently prepare proposals for next project phases and identify new collaboration opportunities Required Skills 4+ years of experience in Salesforce project management or working with Salesforce Experience leading 10+ projects (medium multi-month implementations or several large projects) Salesforce configuration experience or deep understanding of the platform's business capabilities Ability to explain the Salesforce release process and knowledge of core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies Strong ability to work with data, prepare reports, and experience with Jira Experience managing challenging situations and leading steering committees for C-level Fluent English (written & spoken) Results-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach Nice To Have Fluent German or French Agile/Scrum certifications (PSM, CSM) Process visualization skills (whiteboarding, BPMN tools) What We Offer Exciting full-time role in a friendly and supportive environment International Salesforce projects that make a real impact on client businesses Continuous learning – gain hands-on experience and grow with our expert team Career development opportunities Competitive salary Medical package & co-financed Multisport Card Salesforce Certifications & training
