Delivering with highest quality standards is key to us – therefore we focus on continuous training & education of our engineers. Role OverviewWe’re looking for skilled Python Developers (Mid and Senior) to join our team and support one of Europe’s major banking clients.In this role, you’ll work on business-critical systems that power banking operations, automation workflows, and integrations between multiple enterprise environments. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, architects, and business experts to ensure seamless performance, automation, and scalability of key financial applications. What you need: Strong Python programming skills with hands-on experience in building and maintaining applications Familiarity with scheduler/workflow automation tools such as Apache Airflow, Control-M, Autosys, Stonebranch, or similar Solid experience working in Linux environments - comfortable with scripting, monitoring, and troubleshooting Advanced knowledge of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases (querying, optimization, and integration) Proven track record in application maintenance, ensuring reliability and operational continuity Experience in system integrations, particularly between operating systems, databases, applications, and APIs Exposure to banking or enterprise environments is a strong plus  Your tasks: Develop and maintain Python-based solutions for critical banking systems Implement and optimize workflow automation and scheduling processes using tools like Airflow or Control-M. Support application maintenance activities, including performance monitoring, incident resolution, and version upgrades. Manage integrations across systems, databases, and APIs, ensuring data flow consistency and security. Collaborate with DevOps, Database Administrators, and Infrastructure teams to maintain stability and scalability. Proactively identify technical issues and propose process or system improvements Deliver clean, well-documented code that aligns with internal development standards and best practices.
