We’re transforming to a unified, global model to boost collaboration and efficiency.Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain end-user devices using Nexthink, Intune, and Ivanti. Produce regular performance and compliance reports; define and track KPIs. Collaborate globally on endpoint builds, refresh cycles, and new tool rollouts. Champion new technologies, including AI tools like Microsoft Copilot. Analyze endpoint data to proactively resolve issues. Serve as a technical contact for desktop services in EMEA. Requirements 2+ years in digital workspace, desktop engineering, or endpoint management. Experience with Nexthink is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent. Fluent English. Preferred Skills Experience in financial services or insurance. Power-BI dashboard creation. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Endpoint Admin, ITIL, Nexthink). PowerShell scripting for automation. Intune and Ivanti
