Technical skills: Terraform Expertise: In-depth understanding of providers, backend designs, and version compatibility. Experience with stateful vs stateless resource management in Azure. Skilled in terraform import, state manipulation, and modularization. Proven experience with Azure cloud services: Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Storage Accounts, Azure PostgreSQL, Key Vaults. Strong understanding of network topology and inter-service networking across resource groups and VNETs. Knowledge of RBAC, Managed Identity, and secret access patterns in enterprise environments. Experience working across CI/CD pipelines e.g GitHub Actions. Diagnostic and optimization mindset - comfortable in solving deep platform issues. Strong documentation and process ownership. Soft Skills: High ownership — able to take initiative and work independently, yet collaborate with a cross-functional team.
