Document-heavy apps (PDF parsing, annotation, validation). Experience managing elements with libraries like ShadCN, Storybook Security and privacy awareness (auth flows, RBAC, features flags, safe file handling).Curiosity about public procurement and AI-assisted workflows.Open-source contributions or passion projects that show initiative.Work style & location Warsaw or Remote (EU timezones preferably but not limited) We value focus, autonomy, and quick iteration not meetings.

You’ll work directly with the founders: get real mentorship, technical feedback, and full context of product decisions.
