Switches & Access Points – You’ll also be responsible for deployment and support of switches and access points (Unifi, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet). Consulting – You’ll advise our customers on network architecture and implement tailored solutions. Support – You’ll independently resolve complex technical issues using our ticket system. Administration – You’ll handle basic Azure Networking (vNETs, Virtual Network Gateways). Documentation – You’ll maintain network documentation using tools like Confluence, Jira and ITSM.
