Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and operations to deliver production-ready software on aggressive schedules. Define and enforce engineering best practices, including coding standards, CI/CD, automated testing, security, and observability. Mentor engineers, support technical decision-making, and contribute to resource planning and delivery estimates. Participate in client-facing technical discussions and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Must-Have Skills Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications. Strong expertise in .NET (Core/.NET 6+), C#, APIs, microservices. Solid React experience: hooks, state management, component design, modern tooling.

Hands-on experience with Azure services:

App Services / AKS Azure Functions Azure SQL / Cosmos DB Azure AD / Azure B2C Azure DevOps Pipelines

Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging (Service Bus, Event Grid). Prior consulting or professional services experience. Familiarity with security and compliance standards.
