About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects across diverse business areas. You’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle — ensuring objectives are met in terms of scope, quality, and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with technical and business teams, driving progress, and ensuring successful delivery.Key Responsibilities· Lead projects from initiation to closure with full accountability for outcomes.· Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across multiple teams.· Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.· Align project goals with business strategy and technical capabilities.· Manage budgets, forecasts, and project profitability.· Support pre-sales activities by helping to shape project scopes and delivery plans.Requirements· 3–4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.· Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.· Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.· Fluent English (minimum B2 level).Soft Skills· Open communication and strong interpersonal abilities.· Negotiation and decision-making skills under pressure.· Proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership for project outcomes.Nice to Have· Experience in finance, banking, or corporate IT environments.· Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP.· Experience working on system integrations or enterprise migrations.
