Project Info: For our client, we’re looking for a Senior Java Developer who combines deep Java expertise with hands-on experience in AI solutions. As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern Java technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure code quality through best practices and testing. This role is ideal for someone with deep Java expertise, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions using Java technologies. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to understand requirements and deliver impactful features. Contribute to system architecture and design decisions, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals. Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following industry standards and internal guidelines. Review code from peers to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes. Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Support and mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes. Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance system performance and developer productivity.
