We are seeking an experienced Head of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) to lead our global billing and collections operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SMB billing, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage a distributed team operating on a 24/5 basis.Key Responsibilities·       Lead and oversee global AP and AR functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all markets.·       Manage and mentor a multicultural, cross-time-zone team across multiple regions.·       Drive operational excellence through strong use of metrics, KPIs, and process improvements.·       Oversee billing, collections, and disbursements for SMB clients.·       Maintain and optimize accounting processes in NetSuite, ensuring system accuracy and efficiency.·       Partner with finance leadership to support cash flow forecasting, reconciliations, and monthly-end close activities.·       Champion best practices in internal controls, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications·       8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable leadership, ideally within a global or multi-entity environment.·       Demonstrated success managing teams across time zones.·       Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite.·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.·       Highly metrics-driven with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and process improvement.·       Comfortable working across global time zones with a distributed workforce.
