We are looking for a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and help drive our digital transformation and platform automation journey. In this critical role, you will design and evolve automation workflows, adapt existing processes, and guide a small DevOps team in delivering high-quality solutions. You will foster a culture of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated operations in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to implement automated solutions for both existing and new architectures, ensuring scalability, observability, and security across public and private cloud platforms. Overall Responsibilities Collaborate with lead architects and DevOps peers to implement scalable, efficient, and secure cloud and private cloud solutions. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and automation strategies. Lead the migration of legacy workflows to modern orchestration and automation frameworks as defined by architectural teams. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins) for seamless deployment, validation, and management. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Develop reusable building blocks, templates, and modules for domain applications. Partner with security teams to ensure solutions comply with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Troubleshoot complex system issues across applications, platforms, and networks. Stay updated on emerging trends in cloud computing, DevOps, and software development methodologies.  Professional Skills & Expertise Proven ability to lead and influence teams without formal authority. Strong knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure, including AWS and private cloud solutions. Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and transformation patterns. Deep expertise in container and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform and Ansible. Familiarity with GitOps principles and tooling (ArgoCD, Flux). Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI and Jenkins. Familiarity with Platform Engineering principles and Cycloid tooling. Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing. Familiarity with observability tools and principles, including Dynatrace. Solid understanding of network and security fundamentals. Experience with integration platforms, including API Management and messaging solutions. Proficiency in working collaboratively within cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under tight deadlines. Experience with Cycloid, Terraform, Ansible, monitoring, GitOps, REST APIs, and CI/CD principles and practices.   Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cloud/DevOps Engineer roles with proven achievements in implementing cloud solutions. Strong portfolio of successful cloud and automation projects. Professional certifications in cloud platforms and cloud-native technologies are highly desirable. Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams within dynamic environments. Excellent analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
