You’ll help ensure our solutions are secure, reliable, and scalable, supporting products that manage energy generation, consumption, and optimisation at scale.You’ll work closely with Backend Engineers, Product, and Architecture teams, embedding Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles into everything we build — from automation and observability to resilience and performance.At Bnewable, we value entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and collaboration. Automate deployments and operations using Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices. Champion best practices in security, automation, and cloud architecture, ensuring our platforms remain resilient and efficient. Continuously evolve our cloud ecosystem, adopting new tools and technologies to enhance scalability and developer productivity. Our requirements Experience: 3+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles. Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), strong expertise with Terraform. Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in Python or Go with an automation-first mindset. Containers & Orchestration: Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Run for containerized application deployment and management. Networking: Knowledge of VPC design, load balancing, DNS, firewalls, and service mesh architectures. Security: Deep understanding of IAM, service accounts, least privilege, secrets management, and vulnerability management best practices. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug complex infrastructure issues.
