We are looking for contractors interested in leading DevSecOps methodology implementation at international fintech company. Duration: 12 months (expected: +6 months extension) B2B contract via Harvey Nash Location: Warsaw (2 days in office per week) Key Responsibilities: Lead transition of development practices to a modern DevSecOps Collaborate closely with other architects and engineering leaders to define, refine, and champion SDLC processes and standards Define overarching principles, target architectures, document target states for DevSecOps implementations Deeply engage with development teams and other stakeholders Gather requirements and validate processes Champion the benefits of DevSecOps across the organization Work closely with software engineering teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective DevSecOps practices Provide hands-on support and guidance to teams Identify opportunities for process improvements  Requirements: 7+ years in DevOps / DevSecOps Experience in leading initiatives, preferably implementing / improving DevSecOps practices Experience in gathering requirements and defining procedures Knowledge of IT security Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps tools (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, jFrog, Azure, IaC) Nice to have: experience in coding (e.g. Java) Fluent in English Allowed to run a company in Poland
