Position Description:Responsibilities:1. Coordinating the work of the software development team2. Managing the scope of releases and the schedule3. Managing the software delivery process4. Setting task priorities with Area Owners5. Reporting on the status and progress of development and bug fixing6. Defining and measuring metrics with the team and colleagues to track progress, goals and identify areas for improvementRequirements:1. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a supplier for an external client in leading software development projects or leading a development team2. Good knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering practices3. Strong sense of ownership4. Customer focus and teamwork5. Interpersonal communication6. Working with a geographically dispersed team7. Fluent Polish and English8. Working from the office in Warsaw 3 days a weekNice-to-have:1. Practical experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), Git, ServiceNow/JIRA2. Professional experience in a technical position (developer/quality controller)3.
