Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Data AnalystResponsibilities: Conduct IT analysis, investigative data analysis, system design, and data modelling to support development teams Take the lead or facilitate the gathering of functional and non-functional requirements, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to design sustainable and effective solutions Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring transparency and alignment of requirements Build a deep understanding of business processes and the technical landscape of our solutions Gain a strong grasp of our data models and ensure the data meets business requirements within our IIS area  Requirements: Minimum 5 years of a professional experience Proven experience in relational database design, querying, and optimization Familiarity with Big Data platforms (querying, optimization, data loading and retrieval) and at least some of the following technologies: Hadoop, Hive, Impala, PySpark, HQL) Experience working with JSON and AVRO data formats Skilled in standardized data model design and extension (e.g., Canonical Data Model) Ability to translate business and technical requirements into clear and actionable documentation Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, R, or Java Hands-on experience with Jira and Bitbucket for project tracking and version control Strong background in requirement analysis and refinement, especially in data-related domains Experience collaborating closely with developers, architects, and IT analysts Very good command of English (oral and written)  Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
