In this role, you’ll combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to guide a team of engineers in building scalable, reliable, and impactful products that transform how people interact with real estate and property management technology in Europe.As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you’ll define system architecture, ensure engineering excellence, and be directly involved in coding and reviewing key components when needed. You’ll play a pivotal role in setting priorities, managing technical delivery, and ensuring the team consistently meets milestones and quality standards.This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical depth and strategic impact.Technologies we work with:AWS, Typescript, JavaScript, C#, Java, Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, Python, React, PythonResponsibilities: Design and oversee system architecture for high-performance PropTech platforms and applications Engage in hands-on development when needed to guide complex technical decisions and maintain alignment with best practices Lead a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and ownership Translate business goals and user needs into technical strategy, prioritizing and managing delivery roadmaps Maintain applications on production environments used by consumers from several European countries Continuously improve engineering processes, code quality, and delivery efficiency Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews Recruit new team members Required qualifications: Minimum of 6+ years commercial work experience Proficiency in full-stack development (or deep expertise in backend while understanding the frontend systems) Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in leading technical teams in fast-paced, product-focused environments Proficiency in Cloud computing and DevOps technologies Strong background in software architecture, system design, and modern development practices Able to work with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and/or Kanban Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance technical depth and business needs Team player and a leading by example approach

Fluency in English

Nice to have: Experience in developing Cloud and Infrastructure solutions with AWS and CI/CD processes supported by tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, CircleCI, GitlabCI, Datadog, etc. Working experience with one of the object-oriented and/or functional languages such as Java, Elixir, C++, C#, Golang, Erlang, Python, Kotlin, Node.js.
