Combine business knowledge and technical skills in real, global projects.

Our projects involve some of the largest global supply chain implementations — offering a unique opportunity to learn and grow.What You’ll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of: Business knowledge: Understanding of supply chain processes and challenges. IT skills: programming, databases, integration, AI/ML knowledge, software engineering.

Consulting skills: Self-confidence, ownership, and effective communication.

Now, we do not expect you to already have a complete set. We will teach you through a mix of courses, shadowing, and gradual project involvement. Depending on your background, you’ll follow a customized onboarding plan and join live projects as soon as possible.Your First Tasks Will Include: Analyzing customer needs and supporting the implementation of IT solutions in the supply chain and planning areas, Working on projects with global customers that have a significant impact on their international operations,

Spending about half your time engaging with clients to understand their needs, and the other half developing and refining solutions — independently or with your team.
