Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define technical scope and delivery plans.● Code & Architecture Reviews: Ensure clean, maintainable code and scalable architecture; enforce coding standards and design patterns.● Scalability & Performance: Design for scalability and optimize applications for high performance and user experience. Innovation: Introduce modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve team efficiency and product quality.● Risk Management: Proactively identify technical risks and bottlenecks; develop mitigation strategies.Required Skills & Experience:Technical Expertise:● 10+ years in software development with significant experience in fullstack JavaScript.● Advanced proficiency in:- React.js with Hooks and Context API- Node.js, NestJS, and Express- Next.js for SSR and dynamic routing- GraphQL APIs and tools like Apollo Server/Client● Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.● Experience designing and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.● Experience with asynchronous design patterns and optimization.● Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.● Experience with Git, version control, and DevOps practices.● Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and microservices.Managerial & Leadership Skills:● Proven success leading agile software teams in fast-paced environments.● Ability to coach and grow developers across varying skill levels.● Strong project management skills – scope definition, estimation, and execution.● Excellent stakeholder communication and status reporting.● Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with iterative delivery.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.● 8+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on fullstack JavaScript in the last 5+ years.● 3+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role.● Certifications in cloud, JavaScript, or architecture.
