Implement Data Vault 2.0 methodologies to support historical tracking and agile enterprise data warehousing. Build transformation pipelines using DBT, ensuring automated testing, documentation, and version control. Optimize Snowflake performance through effective warehouse design, materialized views, and cost management strategies. Develop custom Python frameworks for data ingestion, integration, and advanced processing. Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to identify opportunities, define data requirements, and ensure solution alignment with business goals. Foster relationships with project managers, IT teams, and business partners to drive successful data and AI outcomes. Champion DataOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, data quality validation, and GitOps-based infrastructure deployment. Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of total IT experience, with strong focus on data engineering and AI. Expertise in Snowflake, DBT, and Data Vault 2.0. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for advanced data workflows. Deep understanding of DataOps, CI/CD, and data governance best practices. Experience with Azure Data Platform and certifications such as SnowPro Core/Advanced or Azure Data Engineer Associate. Excellent stakeholder communication and business engagement skills. Proven ability to translate complex data challenges into actionable business insights. Soft Skills Strong communicator, capable of simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
