Qualifications Successfully completed studies in informatics or a comparable course of study Experience or strong interest in Microsoft Azure and cloud operations Understanding of IT service operations (ticketing, incident handling, escalation) Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring, etc.) Linux and on-premise infrastructure knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory Willingness to take part in on-call support Good English and Polish communication skills Availability to work remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter About Cluster ReplyCluster Reply is the Reply Group company specializing in consulting and system integration of Microsoft technologies.
