Summary: This role involves providing senior-level support for the Patch and End-of-Life (EoL) Management of network infrastructure, ensuring the security, stability, and availability of network components within a managed environment.Main Responsibilities: Technical planning and execution of network updates Preparation of required activities and creation of change documentation Presentation of planned activities in various Change Advisory Boards (CABs) Implementation and post-review of updates Support for team members in complex cases and challenging updates Assistance with service requests within the network environment Key Requirements: Excellent knowledge of network architectures and technologies Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, F5, and ADVA Experience with GitLab and Ansible High attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholders Willingness to work outside regular business hours Excellent English skills Nice to Have:Experience in a bank-regulated environment
