Location: Hybrid work model – 2 days per week from the Wroclaw officeSalary: 130 – 140 PLN net/hResponsibilities: • Develop and implement new functionalities and modifications in existing applications.• Write, maintain, and design for testability, including unit tests, integration tests, and UI functional tests.• Actively support business requirements and system analysis.• Support the user base and address their needs (standard support hours are 8:00–17:00, and support is split among all developers).Requirements:Core Technical Expertise (Must-Haves):• Deep knowledge in .NET/C#.• A strong passion for code quality and maintainable design, including: Expertise in S.O.L.I.D. principles and commitment to Clean Code practices.• Strong practical experience with the following technologies: C#, WPF, SQL, XML, Json, NHibernate/Entity Framework• Proficiency with development tools: Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, Azure DevOps.Advanced Technical & Architecture Skills:• Familiarity with DevOps practices (e.g. YAML pipelines, WiX toolset).• Knowledge of microservices and cloud solutions (e.g., Azure).• Experience with ASP.Net MVC is beneficial.Professional & Interpersonal Skills:• Complete proficiency in English is required (communicative level is the minimum, but proficiency is the goal).• Willingness to help testers, analysts, or architects as needed.• Open-minded, honest, and a team player.• A passion for understanding user frustrations and business opportunities.• Strong understanding of Agile practices.• Satisfactory communication and presentation skills.• Flexibility regarding roles and responsibilities (teamwork).Valued (Good to Have) Skills:• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Test First Programming.• Knowledge in Azure and ASP.NETOur offer:• MultiSport Plus• Group insurance• Medicover Premium• e-learning platform
