You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and performance of the app, meeting the high expectations of our user base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver seamless user experiences.  Implement and advocate for modern engineering practices such as pair programming, test-driven development (TDD), trunk-based development, and shifting left on testing and security. Drive technical innovation and continuously improve the codebase.  Mentor and support less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. Open to work with cross-platform solutions to enhance code sharing and maintainability (the team considers such option). What you'll need for this role 5+ years of experience in iOS development.  Proficiency in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, Combine.   Experience with modern engineering practices is a big plus: pair programming, TDD, trunk-based development, etc.  Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns.  Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.  Excellent problem-solving skills and a quality-oriented mindset.  Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.  Open to learning and adopting new technologies, including cross-platform mobile frameworks.  We value face-to-face collaboration, so we offer hybrid working model with 3 days in the office.   How we workWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
