You will lead a team of developers, ensure best practices, and collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver a secure, scalable, and high-quality solution for a client from the medical care sector.Key Responsibilities Define and implement the technical architecture for a mobile app built from scratch. Lead and mentor a team of .NET MAUI developers. Ensure compliance with medical industry standards and data security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Collaborate with UX Lead, QA, and product teams to align technical and business goals. Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines. Participate in stakeholder meetings and technical workshops (including travel to Germany 1–2 times per month). Required Qualifications 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in .NET MAUI, C#, and cross-platform mobile development. Proven experience in architecture design and delivering mobile applications from scratch. English proficiency at C1 level. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in medical or healthcare projects. Knowledge of Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. German language skills.
