The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to the success of our partner organization. Responsibilities: Create low-level design documentation and execution planning Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting Provide deployment guidance to ensure implementations are consistent with design specs Cooperating with internal and external teams, as well as responding to escalations Assignment of IP subnets and hosts and configuration DNS • DHCP • IPAM Global Solution planning & deployment Analysis for any production outages. Implementing repeatable DDI support to facilitate move, add, changes for LAN, WAN, security, wireless, remote access, load balancing, and cloud connectivity. Functioning as a point of contact for other engineers for Incidents and Changes Requirements: 3+ years of experience engineering DDI platforms in enterprise environments Deep knowledge of Infoblox products and best practices Understanding of routing protocols and overlay Experience with switching platforms Knowledge of wireless standards and protocols Configuration and Management In-depth knowledge of DNS, NTP, IPAM, BIND, and DHCP. Familiarity with IT governance standards and compliance including ITIL and SOC Strong analytical skills, able to use complex data to find opportunities, recognize problems and draw logical conclusions.
