Industry: BankingRate: up to 90 pln/h net + VAT, B2BLocation: Warsaw or Łódź hybrid model (3 days per week at the office)We are looking for a PMO Specialist to support the coordination and delivery of complex programmes.The role focuses on effective communication, reporting, and consolidation of key materials to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making.RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate communication and activities across multiple projects and stakeholders. Consolidate and structure PMO materials, reports, and executive updates. Prepare weekly status summaries and dashboards using Power BI. Manage and update Jira boards, ensuring project progress and timelines are accurately tracked. Create and maintain PMO templates, governance materials, and documentation. Analyse data and provide insights to support leadership in decision-making. REQUIREMENTS: Mid-level PMO background and understanding of project management principles. Experience with Power BI (visualization and reporting) and Jira. Strong communication and organizational skills. NICE TO HAVE: AML/KYC knowledge. Proactive approach, good ideas, and the ability to drive decision-making.
