This fully remote role involves working in a mixed Agile/Waterfall setting and requires deep expertise in Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Organizational Unit (OU) design, and AD security best practices. Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for effective policy enforcement. Audit and restructure Organizational Unit (OU) hierarchies to improve manageability and delegation. Identify and mitigate Active Directory security vulnerabilities in line with industry standards.

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and clean-up tasks.

Expectations Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory architecture and administration in enterprise environments. Proven expertise in GPO design, troubleshooting, and management. Strong knowledge of AD security risks and mitigation techniques.

Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and maintenance.
