Drive automation initiatives and maintain high-quality standards in deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in English and German 4–8 years of experience in End User Services, including 4+ years in Virtual/Managed Workplace Experience with Citrix, hybrid-cloud environments, and cloud-native solutions  Scripting and automation capabilities Certified in at least one or two cloud platforms Familiarity with CCP, COS, and DOP frameworks Basic networking knowledge Understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint security, and mobile device security
