Role overviewWe’re looking for a skilled presentation editor who will focus on formatting and refining slide decks. We provide the content and rough layout. Your role is not to create the presentations from scratch, but to elevate them visually, polish the design, ensure brand consistency, improve readability, alignment, typography, icons, chart visuals, etc.  Key responsibilities Format and visually refine existing PowerPoint (PPTX). Apply our brand template (colours, fonts, iconography) consistently. Improve slide layout for clarity: alignments, whitespace, hierarchy of information, readability. Occasionally create or refine simple graphics, icons or charts (if needed). Deliver within the agreed time (example: you receive a draft from us by 4 p.m. and send us the formatted version by 10 a.m. the next day)  Required skills & conditions Very strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint. Excellent eye for visual detail, typography, spacing, layout and brand consistency. Excellent time management, communication and reliability: you deliver on time. Experience with creating decks for the executive level. Candidate must be based in the EU and able to sign a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement (NDA). You should be able to provide portfolio samples or “before & after” slides showing your formatting/improvement work.
