We are looking for Senior Business Analyst to join our team.Our client is the world's largest automotive safety supplier. N-iX team will work on a system that is used to control quality of production process as well as quality of produced items. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements Define user stories and functional specifications Connect business and technical teams Ensure solution aligns with business goals and processes Work closely with client representatives on requirements elicitation Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines Work closely with development team, conduct refinement sessions Identify any technical or operational constraints impacting requirements Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies Prepare roadmap of the product in cooperation with a client  Requirements: At least 5 years of commercial experience as Business Analyst Good theoretical understanding of software development Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions Expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements Ability to identify and manage relationships with stakeholders Strong understanding of manufacturing/industrial processes and quality control Process modeling Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/Confluence Good verbal and written communication skills At least Upper-Intermediate level of English  We offer: Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible A competitive salary Personalized career growth Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more) Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing Education reimbursement Memorable anniversary presents Corporate events and team buildings
