This role involves both consulting and hands-on execution of tasks related to site connectivity, service provider coordination, and SLA compliance.Responsibilities: Act as a Single Point of Contact for carriers and internal teams. Plan and support site connections for customers and company’s locations. Manage internal and external service providers. Handle customer and operational orders in the carrier environment. Ensure SLA compliance and drive quality improvements. Work within defined procedures and process guidelines. Operate under the bridgehead model or pull principle depending on project setup.

Must Haves: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., BMC Remedy, ServiceNow). Familiarity with FNT Command (CMDB lookups). Strong understanding of carrier services operations. Technical knowledge of leading carrier solutions. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Nice to Haves: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Background in telecommunications or IT service management.
