Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Business AnalystMostly remote workResponsibilities: Models and documents value chains/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements, and user stories Supports business experts and product owners during the definition of requirements and software development Maintains and tracks requirements/user stories throughout the systems lifecycle Translates business, user, and technical needs into business requirements specifications Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, and system features Analyses available systems and evaluates potential solutions Supports identification of options for possible solutions Assists in the preparation of business cases and feasibility studies Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, and change management Designs, validates, and tests business processes to achieve business process excellence Takes a holistic approach in planning and managing programmes for continuous improvement of business processes Collaborates with owners of end-to-end processes to continually identify opportunities for improvement Identifies opportunities for business process optimization, leading to improved customer service, reduced costs, or increased revenue (effectiveness and efficiency gains) Communicates project objectives, business cases, requirements, and scope to stakeholders to ensure alignment and rapid response to business needs Plans and manages organizational change processes Implements performance monitoring systems for business processes Supports the definition of transition roadmaps for business architectures Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in ICT At least 2 certifications among:Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent; Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent or equivalent certifications recognized internationally Minimum 8 years of experience in similar position English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.) Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others Presents excellent analytical and communication skills Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively Participated and has experience in the role of Business Analyst in a project aimed at analysis, design, implementation and deployment of ICT Solution that enabled multilevel, multistakeholder reporting Expert in organisation and managament of workshops, and has experience and knowledge how to prepare and conduct structure/ustructured interviews (incl. designing questionnaires) Has experience in business change management Has experience in business architecture (organization, value streams, capabilities, business processes, information) modeling and/or analysis Being familiar with formal business process management methods such as Lean, Six Sigma Being familiar with the BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) framework Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
