We are looking for a Senior SAP BTP Developer to join our engineering team. The team is expanding its cloud ecosystem and investing in SAP BTP to modernize business applications, strengthen integrations, and streamline key processes. The company fosters a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment, where innovation and personal development are highly valued.The IT department is actively driving the company’s digital transformation across retail and E-commerce operations.REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP development or SAP Cloud solutions Strong knowledge of ABAP and web development (JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js) Practical experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), OData/REST APIs, and SAP HANA Proven experience working with retail or E-commerce systems Background in system integration and enterprise architecture Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, structured way At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English WILL BE A PLUS:  Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite Experience in building internal developer tools or BTP governance standards Previous participation in cloud transformation projects Knowledge of German (not mandatory) PERSONAL PROFILEStrong communication and mentoring skillsRESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Collaborate with web developers and ABAP engineers to support them in expanding their skills in the BTP environment Lead and support the migration and integration of existing systems and applications to the BTP platform Define and maintain technical standards, architecture guidelines, and development best practices for SAP BTP Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing sessions with the wider engineering team Analyze and improve business processes using BTP technologies and integrations Engage with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and successful implementation
